How... would you... like to play... a GTA 3-style mod?

That's right folks! Add Half-Life 2's graphical goodness, use its massive level capability, mix with a GOOD programmer to allow conversation between the foul-talking civilians, add more "interactive" buildings and voila!*

I beleive there already are a few of these... Can name any particular though, I'm not that up to date on all the mods.
