Graphic card.. good one?

I picked ATi Radeon 9600XT 256MB - Sapphire

Now i am wondering, Since i am on a budget this is the best card i seen.. I am wondering if u guys could verify how good this card is..

How many threads have you made about which graphics card to buy?! You could have just used one.

My friend has a 9600xt, and as far as I know it runs HL2 pretty well, It overclocks well I think too...

If you dont need a lot of power for gaming that card is fine however many games are now using more power then a 9600 can supply. It is now outclassed by the X800 and soon the next generation cards so it wont be very fast for the new games. I would go with an X800XL/6600GT/6800GT as they will last longer. The 6800GT is suppost to play U3 games at 1024x768 at all settings high and those games are out in 2007. I forget where I saw that though. Choose what you want but I would reccomend more power to save you money in the long run.

one question, Do you think it would run lost coast.. Cast aside any other things, But will this G-card play Lost coast?

the card can RUN lost coast just in low quality and it depends on ur other specs if u will be able to run it or i would just save up for the 6600gt its alot better

Thats Wrong, when testing the UE3 engine they could only get decent framerates with 2 6800GT's in a early version of Nvidia's SLI. Decent framerates meaning 20 - 30fps. And no, there were not alot of monsters or fighting going on in the scenes.

The quality of high or anything...they said nothing really on that.
