Graphic Problem

i just bought a new graphy card model GeForce 4 Mx4000 with 120MB RAm DDR with 8x/4x AGP. For more info about my graphic card go to this web site www.3dfuzion.com. The DirectX Hardware is on 7.0 I thought it should be go on 9.0c for better graphic detail but it stuck on 7.0 when i install the new graphy i dont know Y it happen.

The Geforce 4 MX4000 is actually an old card. It isn't able to run 9.0c , the graphic card itself can't handle it. How much did you pay for it?
