I have tried just about everything you can think of to get rid of this. From reinstalling drivers, going to back old drivers, trying different driver sets, changing out memory, different graphical settings, etc. This problem will not go away and this is the only game that it does this in.

Before people say anything - it's not because my card is overclocked and it's not because my card is overheating ( runs at 35 idle and 50 on load).

My specs are:
AMD XP 3200+
2x512 Corsair Value Ram (PC3200)
Asus X800 XT PE
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS

Thanks for the help!

Does the problem occur in the same places every time? Is it always on the sand textures? If so, perhaps some of your textures are corrupted in some way. If you haven't tried it yet, you might want to re-download the game.

that's what i thought at first as well, i have redownloaded the game twice (had to last night because the backup tool wasn't working). i just switch to windows 2000 to see if that made a difference.

it didn't..

borrow a video card from a friend and try.
if it dissapears, u know that ur card is broken.
just return it then.

My guess is the Graphics Card (Video Card). Do what Jacen said or just go out and get a better one if you have the money.

I would say its my video card, but this is the only game that has this sort of problem. Other games I have played on this card include: Flat Out, BF: Vietnam, BF42, and UT2k4.

My graphical errors only seem to happen on Dust and Dust 2. In other maps my gun will "jitter" constantly.
