Graphical bugs. Please help.

Some textures change color when I use my flashlight on them (they turn red, green, or blue). My card is a GeForce4 MX 440 and I have only noticed this recently.

Also the texture on the Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle looks like its on low, even though my settings is medium and is significantly worse than the other weapons.
