Graphics card question

I'm getting a new graphics card and selling my current one.

The one i'm getting (Radeon 9800 XT) is 8x AGP but my motherboard only goes up to 4x AGP. My current card is also 8x AGP, but it still runs everything well.

If i buy the card and have it running on 4x AGP will it make much of a difference?
