Graphics help BADLY

ok i have a geforce 6800 Ultra 256mb and and AMD athlon 64 3400 and 1.5gb of corsair XMS Twinx dual channel DDR400, Gigabyte GA-K8NS Rev 2.0.

When I launch H2 the freaking games menu graphics chop left and right, when i enter the game it freezes from time to time and then moves again but the graphics chop with like white polygons displaying through the chopping. If anyone knows how to fix this shit plz help me cause its pissing me off. I really need someones advice on how to fiz this so if you know how to then plz tell me because steams site just has me looking like an idiot around their so called fixes

yes i have 93.71 installed the brand spanking new drivers

try using an earlier driver. the 90s imo just suck on older cards.

Why do all these n00bs seem to think that because a GFX card driver is brand new, it will automatically be better than the others? Why is that?

They haven't even been bug-tested yet, for a start.

Stick to the older drivers for stability, please.
