Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me trouble shoot this problem, take a look at the pics. Also I had to resize some of the pictures because they were to big. Thanks for any help!

it says you need the files, validate you files through steam

did you validate your files?
the lack of any response would make me think you got a pirated game and can't validate you files.. in which case you can't play the game
