graphics problems

alright i downloaded the demo of half life 2 to check how it runs before buying it. my computer stats are: 1.3 ghz amd processor, 256 mb ram, 128 mb nvidia geforce 5200 video card. when i run the demo everything runs fine except when i like blow stuff up or get into some action it just kinda stops for a few seconds. glitches out i guess. i put the settings to low as possible and it still does this. any suggestions? and should i buy the game with those specs? thanks

I would suggest buy another 256 MB stick of ram.

i would also suggest that unless you have the money and want to get more ram like 1gig or something, it's up to you how much you want to get but you deffinently need some more.

yep agreed, and your cpu aint helping either, definitely holding back that decent video card
