how can i tell what Core-Clock, Memory, Ramdac, Memory Clock and memory bandwidth i have on my graphics card?

look at the packaging or delivery docket

edit: ok thats not fair
go to your device manager and open display drivers
google your display device and you should find the specs

alternatively download a benchmarking device like 3dmark 2005 - run it to find all your specs details
