I was watching some videos on Euphoria at work during the week and it is quite impressive. I wonder how well GTA4 will implement it. Game designers are always boasting about new tech but somehow it seems to get watered down before release or doesn't show up at all.

Look at it from this side: the console gamers will beta test the PC release and PAY the devs for that privilege! Plus, we will get an optimized, better version.

It's kind of like with Powered Armour in Fallout: console's get the equivalent of the classic T-51b, while we get the Hardened version. Both are mighty, but one is better...
