Some of them are amazing in my opinion, especially the difference between the fat and muscular Charles (The playercharacters name IIRC) and the tattoo screenshots.

Yes, after 6 months of the release of PS version - likely.

Nope Sony has a contract that it has to be PS2 exclusive for 1 year before it can be released on another platform. Not sure if that contract still is valid tho...

That was for Vice City only. How can it be exclusive when PC version has been confirmed for Summer 2005.

It's called console exclusivity. Sony doesn't consider the PC to be in heavy competition with the PS2. However, it will probably be about a year before the game arrives on X-BOX. Assuming it comes to X-BOX at all.
