guest pass not anywhere to be found?

so I just got an update that said that to thank me for the purchase of tf2 I get a guest-pass...but when I go to the manage guest-passes page, all I have are the guest passes I got when I bought orange box(already redeemed)...so anybody else didn't get their guest-passes?

or are they maybe waiting to activate them once the free-weekend is over?...(as to not screw over people, by having them use guest-passes when there's an upcoming free weekend.)

That stupid guest pass stopped me playing TF2, first it's telling me i got a guest pass, then a free weekend is coming up, and it keeps repeating over and over.

Restart Steam Client to get a guest pass.
(not everyone will get it now, due to server loads)

I have my guest pass, and I didn't have to restart Steam. I had just finished playing Team Fortress 2 when it popped up.
