I like how they've really improved the graphics. Good work on that front. And the downloadable content will definately make it worthwhile for many 360 owners.

I have a 360 but no way will I reinvest the $$$ for GH2 and an extra guitar just so I can pay more in micro-transactions for more content.

That's one thing I didn't like. Why not have free content for people who make it themselves? It's very doable, so why not? Oh that's right, nothing is free. I guess I'm spoiled by Stepmania.

This is one of the few things I'd condone micro-transactions for. You're getting a full game, as it was on the PS2, plus some bonus tracks for the 360, plus you can pick and chose even more once they're released on the marketplace. As long as they're a reasonable price, it seems win win to me.

And uhh, free content for people who "make it themselves?" Not sure if you mean people uploading pre-existing music and turning it into a playable song with some kind of editor, or doing it with music they've recorded themselves. If the former, yay copyright infringement! If the latter, yay 1000 shitty indie tracks with poor recording quality and horribly out-of-sync playing!

I've always wondered why Stepmania hasn't been shut down since it uses copywrite songs and such..non-profit?

Now, why would that be different for Gh2...? It's downloadable! They aren't making money off it.

I don't know, another way of getting it on there, much like they are doing with the PS2 version...
