H-L 2 .net infraction system exactly the same as SteamPowered!

Hi there ******s, just wondering, why is the Half_life 2.net's infraction system identical to SteamPowered's infraction system? Are you guys trying to be SteamPowered or something? Do you need councilling?

Our infraction system is the standard vBulletin Infractions system that all vB boards have the ability to use.

Halflife2.net and Steampowered both use vBulletin, a 3rd party commercial forum system. Furthermore, we don't compete with SP because they host us (or, Valve hosts us, and SP is Valve's official forum).

You should be more familiar with the system now that the latest infraction (result of this thread) has once again pushed you over the limit and caused a temporary ban.

Well said Ennui and may I add, I've not seen many members with two pages of infractions. The cooling off time should do him a world of good.
