haha cracker got owned

yay for racial slurs..
anyways they are both morons and are both going to jail. hi5

I love how at around 1:00 he just sort of mumbles what he's saying uncertainly

****ing wigger.

I love how he goes down after that one punch.

****er got what he deserved. damn idiot.

lol both are pretty dumb, personally I would have beat the shit out of the annoying guy (the one outside) because it was pretty damn obvious he didn't have a knife or weapon on him whatsoever and that video just makes me pissed :frown:

The guy in the car didn't seem a moron to me.

I loved the 'conversation' between the cop and the dude with the long hair.

-What the hell you doing beating on this nice car?
-I was...
-Shut the **** up, I saw you!

right before it ends they guy in orange has his hands behind his back and a female officer is standing behind him.

handcuffs typically = a free ride in the back of a car.

Fair play to the bloke in the car, little shit got what he deserved.

The kid with the Camera started it all.

Well, we don't see what happened before. The guy inside the car may have been messing around with his car. I doubt someone would randomly attack another person for the fun of it. Still, that got out of hand.

Not always...in the case of a fight they restrain both people to prevent them from attacking each other and then question them to find out what happened. Chances are the guy will go to jail for punching the kid but it could be a case of self defense however I am not sure because the guy did get out of the car which is an aggressive move so depending on how they tell the story he might not have gone to jail.

It sounds like a case of road rage. Probably someone did something stupid and another person escalated it until they pulled over and started the camera.

He actually got out of the car to stop the man from damaging his car. That is legitimate. As for the punch, he's in the clear also because as soon as the guy in the orange got out, the guy with the long hair ran over to punch him, and the orange guy's punch was completely in self defense, and the first cop saw that which is why he immediately went to go arrest the guy with long hair first.

Very funny video hahaha, the guy with the long hair looked like kurt cobain LOL and the fact that he was a wigger was even funnier.

That dumbass outside deserves more than the 2 socks in the face given to him and being arrested. What the ****ing kind of person spits at another person? A ****ing coward. Useless threats too? Get real man. I know the dude in the car spat back the 2nd time around but, you know he wasn't thinking of it to begin with until he was spat on in the first place. The cop played his role well in this situation well imo.

even though we don't know how it got to that point, im siding with the guy in the car because he was trying(even if it was little bit of effort) to diffuse the situation by telling the other guy to call the cops.

Liveleak desc. says: "Some guy starts a fight with a car driver that allegedly cut him off.
After swearing, spitting and throwing punches the cops arrive to arrest him."

Ah, yes, the road - The ultimate arena for dominant males.

yay for racial slurs..

Come on, it's ok when we calls each other that!

For future reference this is not an appropriate situation to be calling 911.

Find out your local crime stopper or whatever police number and save it in your cell phone.

OR, just handle your mother****ing business, son, and stop being a whiny bitch.

This is a perfect situation to be calling 911 for. I don't know what you're talking about.

No no no no nononononononono.

911 is an emergency hotline for people in trouble.

Actual trouble.

That guy wasn't in any danger and for all we know it was partly his fault the other guy was mad at him. He should have tried to difuse the situation rather than bicker and be a dimwit.

The guy outside the car was violent; while not as big of an emergency as some; it's still a situation where persons & property are in danger. I had someone do similar shit to me while I was in my car; only problem is I was sitting in a very very low convertible and just turned my car off . . . so speeding away or fighting back weren't good options.

I'm also a master of diffusing situations; and that wasn't a diffusible situation. The guy outside the car was antagonizing the driver as much as he could, trying to start a fight, I don't think a situation like that is diffusible in a non-violent manner, even by me.

So, not having any idea if the guy is going to pull a knife out on you and slice you up all over isn't an emergency? I figure any time you feel your life in being threatened, that's an emergency to you. Who decides what's an emergency or not?

So close your door and lock it. What's he going to do, knife your car? If the guy hadn't been instigating and giving hima window to poke through there is no way the thug could even be charged of a crime.
IF he starts bashing up your car, THEN you call the cops.

But no, I don't know why I have to repeat this, the guy in the car was INSTIGATING.
Obviously to you.

It would be MORE obvious if you actually directed it to me rather than just expect me to know just because you posted after me. ;)

OK, forget knife, gun. Guns go through glass rather easy. Either way, the guy feared for his safety, called 911. Who cares if he was "instigating". He was sitting in the car, probably tried to go "WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?" then the guy started to attempt to attack the one in the car.

the guy ended up hitting his hood on the car causing property damage. lol I dunno why you're arguing, it's clearly a text-book situation on when to call the police.

Maybe I disagree because I don't think you realize both parties are at fault.

"Some guy starts a fight with a car driver that allegedly cut him off."

The guy in car OBVIOUSLY pissed off the other driver enough that he got out and confronted him.

Instead of just looking at it like "lolz the long hair guy is walkin around bein a douche" you have to consider that the other guy PROBABLY did something to piss that guy off and is partly at fault.

Sure, if you are in danger, call 911. If you cut someone off, flip him the bird, and he follows you to a red light and gets out to call you a jackass, you better be ready to man up, OR sit in your damn car quietly so the situation doesn't escalate.

That's what I did when someone came up to my car window. I made a last second lane change right on front of someone, and he was ****ing pissed, but I remained calm and said sorry and he went back to his truck. Was I ready to whoop his ass just in case? You bet. Is that a natural reaction? Sure. Do people use the police as a means to get themselves off the hook by playing a victim? All the damn time.

As long as you don't view that guy in the car as a victim we see eye to eye here. If you think he's a victim then you don't know people very well.

Did you know if authorities catch you fighting in public, you can be fined for it? Even though that shit isn't such a big emergency, calling for police is the last option to do when all other options to avoid some sort of conflict fail. A police officer also servers as a mediator. We don't know if the truck driver walked away scott free either. I am stating this because it is just one more reason why calling the authorities is not useless just because it isn't an 'emergency'.

Anything could have happened anytime before the camera turned on. The truck driver could have did something retarded to begin with and could have apologized. How do you know the douche kid wasn't following the truck driver around? Putting him in more danger, forcing him to pull over and then which leads to the video. From seeing the video it's clear the douche is a douche. You can ponder what scenario went on all day to play neutrality or whatever. I'm basing my opinion on what I saw in the video.

So will you answer my question or will you keep bullshitting around?

I guess the reason that I take this so much on you need to call the police is because I've been in the same situation *in a sense*. This guy was all over both lanes of the road, almost hitting me. So I yell out my window for him to get off his damned phone. Next red light he gets out, is like "YOU GOTTA PROBLEM WITH ME?!" I just say No man, sorry. Well, come the next light he tries to run me off the road, so I yell to myself about his piss pour driving. Well, he runs me into a parking lot, boxes me in with other cars, gets out, and tries to pull me out of the car and then starts to beat the shit out of me. This guy was well in this 30's to 40's beating up a scrawny 19 year old kid in his shitty 1990 Mercury Topaz, lawl. Lucky for me, an off duty cop was actually a little ways away and came to help me. Either way, that situation could have easily turned into something else.

So I guess if it's both peoples fault, who cares if anybody gets hurt, they did it to themselves?

We really don't know anything concerning the situation beyond what was recorded.
Given what we saw, it seems the guy would have been in the clear if he had rolled the window up. He was holding on to the perp, probably so he could be filmed. The perp was probably going to run off when he saw the camera, but when he was taped he decided to be thick headed and mouth off.
Given this particular instance, where it seems the situation was difusible, where it seems the perp was goaded into sticking around, hindsight is telling me there is no reason to call the cops but the driver was angry and wanted to get the kid arrested. He "victimized" himself which is a misuse of law enforcement.

Oh, and we don't really know if the vehicle was even damaged at all. The kid had no weapons. I doubt he's going to smack anything hard enough to damage it at all. In my opinion that kid was nothing more than a slight annoyance.
So will you answer my question or will you keep bullshitting around?

Here is my answer.
It is a habit of mine, and I believe common internet etiquette to quote posts you are replying or answering. Being that I did not quote a post, it should be obvious my comment was not directed at anyone specific.
Being that you don't seem to follow this unwritten code, I can understand your confusion.
So I guess if it's both peoples fault, who cares if anybody gets hurt, they did it to themselves?
I know I don't have to tell you this and you probably don't need to hear it, but you shouldn't have yelled at that guy, especially since he was in an agitated state. Road rage is hard to handle I know, I have it. I use to yell and flip people off all the time, but it gets you nowhere, so these days I try REALLY hard to let things like that go.

You think you're smart, right? A little smartass, are you? That was not what I meant.
