Half-Life² SDK - When?

Hi everyone, as I don't want to browse the whole topics, I ask you here when will be the HL² SDK released? I talk about the PUBLIC SDK.

I downloaded Steam & CS Install (350 MB). It's sure Steam is slow. I have a lot of bugs with it. When I leave it, the process is still run. I ma quit it manually. Also it's long to launch!! Sometimes I cannot run the soft!! It's tough to play CS correctly, most of the time CS doesn't run...

I doubt it'll be out before the game, but if it's not, it'll probably be included with the game on the CDs/DVD that you buy, or whatever you download from steam. At least, I hope that's how it'll work. I hope we don't have to wait a month or something to get an SDK while the CS devs who already have it can get their damn mod out way before everyone else's and become a monopoly yet again, and nobody will ever play anything else.

i dont really care too much because im no coder, but i want to learn hammer, but im not all that in a rush for it.

They said it, but it won't be this... I'm a coder, that's why I wanna get the SDK... the public one... Do they make a favor for CS
² and Dod²???? I'd think so...

I'm sorry, but the DoD team work for Valve now, and have the SDK, and the SDK WILL NOT BE IN ANY BOXED VERSION. Ok? Simply becuase it is illegal for them to make an kind of profit from it

It's not Newall's job... it's Chris Bokitch... and I have talked to him before... he is working very hard to get it out guys... please... I hope it will be out before the game, but it's looking doubtful.

HL2.Net: The Source SDK was promised to mod developers before the game was released. Can you tell us why the SDK hasn't made a public appearance (and when it is likely to)?
