Half-Life 2 and Portal Save file locations

Hi. I'll be reformatting my hard drive and upgrading to 64 bit Vista this weekend, and I'm currently trying to back up everything I need to. I've been trying to find where my Half-Life 2 and Portal save files are located so I can back them up, and re-insert them when I re-install the games, but I havent been able to find them. I've found my save files for the original Half-Life and Blue Shift, no problem, but I need some help finding the other ones. Can anybody help me locate them? And if you happen to know where I can locate the save files for Crysis, I could use help with those too. Thanks.
