Im sorry, but not having the game yet, and not even seeing what the gamebox looks like, besides online sources..well, let me tell the story:
My sisters have been cluing me in on the Xmas present Im getting, and them being only in their one-digiters, they're not into the gaming world, and they know that the only game I have been interested in for the past two months is Half Life 2. They have been telling me, being 8 and 5 as they find it really hard to not spoil secrets (they get $5 bucks a week, just so you know..allowance..not that it makes that mucha difference), and have given me two letters on what it is "H and F"..first thing that came to mind is Half Life 2. I saw them sneaking away the Xmas box, and it looked like the size and shape of a pc game box..but thicker, and slightly bigger...
...so heres what Im wondering. Is the Half Life 2 box slightly bigger than regular game boxes? Thicker, is what Im really looking for..because that what it just seems to be: thicker. Spoiling Xmas presents isnt fun, but when you're spoiling stuff like this, well gee, you're bound to wet yourself...
BTW, my dad also knows I want Half Life 2, and if you've seen my topics of complaints about how nuts he is about M-ratings, and how he let me play Doom 3...well, he too also know that the only thing I want is Half Life 2, so I'm kinda betting he went with my sisters to buy this game, because I've secretly, not directly, told him (he gets mad extreamely easily) how movies are much worse than games in the graphic gorey take..he let me watch Kill Bill, and I asked him, "That was rated R, right?" and he just seemed to think for a while then responded "Yeah..yeah, it was.." and another movie I asked him "How old you gotta be to watch these movies again? 18?" and he once again went "Ohh..yeah. Yeah, you do." So I think he's gotten the point that I've seen much worse things than the gore that can be put into games..and Im going way off-topic, and probably confusing everyone who hasnt read some of my previous topics, so just to clarify again, just tell me if the Half Life 2 box is bigger than most ones.
