Half life 2 Changing the Languege

Guys i really need to know if i can change the languege half life 2 not only the writen one also the voice , i really need to switch the lang to different one.

the voice overs are english only. i believe you can have different language subtitles.

In the steam games list right click on Half-Life 2.
Select properties from the pop-up list.
The is a language tab on the properties window with a drop down list of languages.
