Half Life 2 Episode 1 error.

I have all the series of half life and no one of them gave me error, except Half Life Episode 1.
I've got this game since 2007 and every time i run the game its showing me error (you can see in the picture about).
Strange is that when i run the game like 2-3 times and click new game the error is showing about 1-2 hours... I've finished the game like that but i cant play with this error.
So someone can tell me how can i fix it??

probably cause it's a pirated version judging from your screenshot, you are trying to run the game by executing a batch file...
