half life 2 help

ok. once my half life 2 was installed it said unable to init shader system (pic 2) so i took some advice and looked at direct x and both i couldnt enable (pic 2) also that little bar thing for hardware is at full. so i looked at my driver and it says it has a problem (pic 1) and it says that windows cant load the installer for display...also all my 3d games dont work...i called dell they cant fix it, what should i do?

You need to reinstall your drivers.
