Hello.
I'm not new to half-life. Bought half-life 2 years ago and couldn't play it on the machine I had currently at the time. So, I put it aside until this year when a newer machine was purchased. I had to relearn how to load maps and get bots to work from previous experience with Half-life 1. I do remember being able to set up ethernet connections easily but I am not understanding how to type in an IP address to log in to a secure server. I found a map I want to try on a forum and it has a login Internet Protocol address and password but I have no idea how to enter in on HL2 deathmatch server. It isn't listed.
Any comments or know how out there? do I use the console to ping another computer?
