I think postcount is a reasonable-ish qualifier when you're talking about someone's right to consider themselves a part of a community though. You don't have to ask the community's permission because you're part of the community, whereas he, in comparison, has no right to tell you that blah blah blah you get the gist of what I'm trying to say.
