Half Life 2 not work

Hello, Half Life 2 is not working everyting is updated 100%
and i reisntald steam and game few times again but i come hole time on same thing look picture
even in offline mode i get problem so it is not firewall etc.
all other games like half life 2 lost coast - counterstike - half life 1 work. only half life 2 not work thats jsut game I WANNA PLAY
this window i get hole time it stays 0% its no realy a download its just kind of safety pass i hate steam :/
And i get nowhere the good support pls help me out. Thx

i restarted i reisntaled game reinstalled steam nothing work i will translate it what is stading in box middle of screen.

No, thats the validating steam files. You can see it says "1 of 1" but in a different language.
