I have been playing Half Life 2 and mainly Gmod for a while now without a problem. Then a few days ago I started the game again and joined a server. My game was incredibely laggy. At first I thought it was the server so I started my own single player game and found it to be the exact same.
I have uninstalled all my mods, even Half Life 2 and steam!!! When I reinstalled them I have the exact same problem. Please help, thank you.
