Anyway, the graphics look pretty awful. Not very impressive pixel art like in Codename Gordon. And plus the game is like a mix of pixel art with vectory textured backgrounds... Just looks bad.

It's not a source mod though. It's not eve a mod. Just a game based on half life. But I guess it belongs there maybe. Dunno why it's on mod db.

Seeing as its not a mod using any purchased valve software, but rather a stand alone game, thats grounds for a lawsuit.

It's still on Steam. You can download it on Steam by using this. steam://install/92
Valve removed it from the store because a hard coded website in the game is no longer available.

Looks awful, but it would have at least been notable if it had actually been released.

'Doing it with Pixels' isn't a substitute for having art and animation skills, but I hope that everyone gives the videos a try rather than judging it by its screenshots. I ****ing lol'd at Trailer #2. The scale of the game is clearly so bad that the video has to time cut the player walking from one room to the next, and then he starts doing these vague backwards forwards cuts to make the video look 'post processed' or something. Do you remember when you were five years old and you thought playing with the volume and bass dials on the stereo was 'mixing'? It's kind of like that. Oh, and there is a distinct lack of both platforming and action in this 2D Platforming Action game.

Ick. That looks pretty bad. At least get it looking something like the aforementioned better 2D game if you want it to be received at all well.
