That movie has been in production for about 2-3 years, coincidently when the half-life movie rumours actually started, Valve later indicated that there will be no movie adaptation for the time being. Lets just hope that when the movie is released, it won't give the wrong impression of the game

How exactly is it copyright infringement? Its not like Valve have registered the domain. There isn't even a Half-Life movie in the making as we know it.

Well, in name only, I suppose. I'd compare it to somebody opening a hardware stores called "McDonald's" and expecting to get away with it. But I don't even know if that counts as copyright infringement, I have no legitimate legal knowledge.

Ron Howard made a movie called "Grand Theft Auto" back in the 70s or something. Half-Life is a scientific term after all and GTA is an actual crime, so I don't think it'd be infringement.

Doesn't ValvE have the rights to the Half-Life name but instead of the a it's the lambda symbol? So I assume if halflife movie thats in making now went to make the a into the Lambda Symbol, they couldn't...

My assumption though.
