I heard you can use HLSS (that program to play music over voicecom) on CS:Source too. I used it all the time in 1.6 without too many problems, but I'm having problems getting it to work on Source. When I press a hotkey for a song and then press delete (default button to play music), I see the voice transmitting icon and voice loopback turns on, but I hear what I say into my mic instead of hearing my music. I think my problem right now has to do with how I set it up since CS:S having a seperate folder for config files.
Please help.

Nevermind I just figured it out...It turns out that in options you point to the counter-strike source folder instead of the cstrike folder.
