HALF LIFE2 optimization guide

Don't know if this has been seen before but I used it and it made my game run almost flawlessly. My game ran choppy on a 3000+ XP with 3 gb of pc3200 ram,sata hdd,and 9800 pro, now it runs great just by folowing this guide.In fact all my games seem to run better.
