Our Guild Wars Guild, the Half-Life Republic, is having a bit of trouble organizing itself. We already have our own forums, but we're having trouble convincing many members that they exist. I think that it would be a great idea, then, to simply link to our forums in the General Gaming forum, not unlike what you've done for Supreme Commander or Unreal 3 Engine. This would have the benefit of attracting more guild members to our forums through greater exposure, and hopefully put our Guild on the radar for other hl2.net members who own Guild Wars yet may not be aware of the existence of a hl2.net guild.

People don't follow those links as often as you might think.

You'll need to speak to Munro about it though.

I was once part of the guild but to be honest it wasnt that active so i switched to the Hexus forums guild which seems to be full of active people. im not sure if things have changed our here though if they have i might come back

This thread is just one part of my effort to try to improve our guild. I'll let you know how things go.
