i try opening hammer or the other sdk programs and i get a message saying the configuration "information for the game your trying to edit is invalid or missing"' and when i click run anyweay it says the system can find the file specifed....it ran fine the other day not it doesnt

i heard that the new deathmatch update messes with the gameinfo.txt im not sure if thats the problem or if a file is corrupt.

just load hl2dm once and a new gameinfo.txt will be created

bryan, i had the same problem, and my hl2 isnt loading either. after i tried loading hl2 i think my sdk started running again.
