Hammer interface problem

I've just started getting an interface problem with Hammer. It was working fine, and then I switched users briefly, and when I returned to it, somehow several boxes (the entity, texture box and others on the right hand side) had moved. The first picture "INTERFAC" is what I have right now, and the other pic is what it was like before. Any help ASAP would be great. Thanks.
