Hammer video glitch

Hey, Hammer never used to do this, but recently it has been showing spiked models and other strange graphical glitches:

Has this happened to anyone else, or do all I need to do is update my drivers. I'll try that, but another question I have is: see how the four windows are seperated in Hammer in the second shot, they used to be all together and I can not figure out how to get them back into one. I must have hit a hotkey but I havn't been able to figure out how to get it back. Alright, hope you can help, thanks.

To recombine your windows, open Hammer's options and toggle "Use independent window configurations" in the General tab.
