Handrig texture

Have made myself a nice handrig and wanna map it.. The unwrapp is done but not very good Anyone who knows any nice tutorials for painting realistic hands? I have no ide on how to make it look real.

see this is the problem with application specific tutorials. you form a dependency on them and then later when your faced with a problem that the tutorial didnt cover u come running back for another. you should look at tutorials covering the basics fo texturing and then form a technique that will help you tackle other problems aswell.
