that's not the hard one. if you look in the prima guide there is one even harder than that. that one was sorta obvious for me. it's when you come out of ravenholm and your near the railroad. from what the guide says it happens right as combines spawn or attack you so you have to be clam and jump up on a railcar

The Gman's eye is in that sequence, right in front of you

(found him on the map with no clip, then figured it out when I actually did the porter sequence)
