Are you ridiculously good at either Half Life (incl. Counter Strike) and/or Final Fantasy X? We're interviewing people who preferably have some experience in the gaming industry. Ask yourself these questions. If you say "yes" to any of them, you might be perfect.

1) Did you ever work on a video game?
2) Did you ever lose a loved one because of a video game?
3) Did you ever review a video game for a magazine, newspaper, or TV show?
4) Could you be interesting, funny, and talk in complete sentences in front of a group of hardened TV producers?
5) Do you have a fanzine or web site dedicated to said games?

If so, reply to [email protected]. This is for a TV show on video games.

Are you willing to be used at your own expense for profits and the amussment of others?

EDIT: Wrong forum btw...

Intern Question

While I don't actually have any gaming skills to show off, I was
wondering if I could get more information on the TV show that you have mentioned.

It sounds very interesting to me - are there ever any possibilities for internship opportunities related to the program? I have several years of Film and Television experience in both production and development.

You can reach me via private message on this forum.

Thanks,

Ben

I'm sure glad a professional television company uses Yahoo for their e-mail service!

1) Well, I sent the DNF guys laxative cookies for delaying it for so long, does that count?
2) My Civ 3 disc overheated, set fire to my PC, and burnt down my house with my sleeping family in it, so yeah.
3) I post long winded rants on communities everyone else stopped visiting years ago..
4) Yes, I guess raping the director through his pants works on all three levels.
5) Yes, I set it on fire and put it through the letterboxes of the elderly.

They can just put vaseline on the lens like they do on crappy midday dramas that pregnant/single women love so much.

2) Did you ever lose a loved one because of a video game?

Whoa, whoa WHOA!
Sounds like another chance to try to bash the gaming industry, linking video games to death, COME ON. That is like saying, "Did you ever lose a loved one because of breathing?"
