Has anyone actually solved the disc authentification error?

Iver been sitting here for four hours trying to figure out how to get past this unable to authenticate original disc within time error but cant seem to do it and it is driving me insane. Has anyone actually gotten this fixed. And for those who are wondering i am getting this error with the CE of the game (the dvd version).
