Have couple of simple questions

1. Whats the difference between Win XP PRO and Win XP HE? Is PRO slower in some ways? like in games?

2. Whats Abit official site? Where do you download latest Flash bios program there? (a quick link would be best)

3.When I boot windows it allways says something like "system32/system file is missing, when you restart computer choose R to repair that file with win xp pro cd"

what does that mean? How do I repair that file or get that file?
