Ok first about cpu, Is it worth upgrading from 3.06 ghz to 3.2c? Should I be able to overclock 3.2c to 3.8 ghz with my samsung pc2700 ddr333 ram? I can overlock my current to 3.36, I probobly could OC it more if I didn't have heat issues (to about 3.4-3.45). allso which is better 3.2c or 3.4c? Can 3.4c overclock to 4 ghz?

Ok about my mobo, I have a IC7 MAX3 mobo. The problem is that its noisy, my head hurts most of the time because of that. Now I was wondering do you think that Revoltec Northbridge Freezer would solve that problem? *picture included*
