I remember having a Quake 2 sound pak that did just that. Changed all of the jumping and pain sounds to porn sounds. Sounded like you'd stumbled into an orgy when you joined a server.

Looking back on it, i'll probably replace "The Monsters Within" with "Train to Miami", first off i imagine it'd fit pretty well, and secondly, it's a Left 4 Dead friendly song. So... anyone know where to the "The Monsters Within" sound file?

And other than that i've only changed the pistol, M16, hunting rifle, and minigun sounds. Can't find any non-shitty ones for the uzi and shotguns.

Oh yes, also i got a metalized Witch theme, only when startled of course, don't have a video of that though.

I don't have any custom sounds right now, but what I'm hoping to do in L4D2 is find the incident music for the Jockey (if there is any) and replace it with the William Tell overture.
