Haven't Recieved HL2 Gold Package

Hi Everyone,

I ordered HL2 Gold PAckage the day before the release and here it is Feb 11th 2005 and i haven't recieved anything yet.


I have tryed and tryed to get a Response From Steam Support and nothing (been over a week).

Has anyone else had this problem and Does ANYONE know how i can contact Steam or Valve to Actually talk to a Human Being.


I'm Begging For Some Help And i Cannot get any...plz Respond

Wow, that really sucks.

Have you tried posting in the Steam forums? Make sure you word it formally and neat or they won't give a damn..
