HE Grenade FX lagging?

Does anyone else experience that the "deaf-effect" on the HE has suddenly started to lag? (Im talking about the "beeeeeep" and the silence ) wasnt like this in the earlyer versions must have come in one of the latest patches

Well. i call the effect kicking in a good 4-5 seconds after the nade blows lagging. Lagging after all means, being behind.
