Music DVD? Are you talking about albums? Richard D. James is a great album, as well as Drukqs. I Care Because You Do is also fantastic. Depends on what sort of style you are looking for though.

I don't think there is a DVD consisting of just Aphex Twin videos, so Youtube is your best bet. However, check out the Warp Vision: The Videos 1989-2004 for more weird and wonderful stuff in the same vein and musical direction, aswell as the Rubber Johnny DVD by Chris Cunningham. Pretty sure he has his own DVD out of all the videos he has done, I'm not sure though.
