Headlights on the buggy

Ok i'm not sure if this has been asked before but is there any way to make the lights on the buggy work? I know you don't actually need them, but as you can turn the headlights on the air boat on and off... I guess it just always bugs me you can't in the car!

Yeah... That bugged me as well...

I'm not sure if there is a way to do it or not.

i didn't even notice at first but after playing a game through for about the 6th time (now with the hi-res texture pack!) you start to notice the small things!

It would have been nifty if they could be activated with the flashlight button, but there was only one tunnel dark enough to need headlights in the entire game.

Considering the patchwork nature, I'm not too surprised that something wouldn't work.
