Hell Machinery

When I run the game, everything goes as it have to be. But when I get on boat, or that car(if I can call that boat and car), the stupid game starts to lag, and don't stop loading(not the screen, I do play, but it load everytime).

Someone have any ideia of how can I fix this problem?

I take it this is the stuttering problem right? There's tons of different solutions out there. Simplest one is turning your texture resolution down to Medium.
