I get the impression that this is not a super deep game. I mean, Diablo had some RPG elements, but it was mainly a smash and grab. I hope this isn't more of the same. Painkiller was fun, but only for a short while. I want to know what is going to make this really interesting and fresh and new....

This mainly sounds like more of the same VictimOfScience, that's pretty much what is has been touted about, a new "great" hack'n'slash, it is not AIMING to be deep.

That's what I feared. It might be worth checking out after the price drops or something, but I will have far too many expenses this year that I will definitely be taking care of, so mediocre stuff like this will have to wait. ;(
