Hey everyone. HLCharlie here. I jsut bought Half Life 2 today and I'm loving it! I'm about to go play CS:S after I type this message. I've never played HL or CS before and now I'm wondering why!

My computer specs are:
1.2ghz AMD Thunderbird XP
512MB ram (putting in another 512 from my other computer tomorrow. It's SDRAM, but hey, the more the better right?)
ATi Radeon 9200 256MB

I run HL2 at 1600x1200 with everything on max settings (except AA)

I will be upgrading my computer this summer to:

AMD 3000+
1024MB DDR2 ram
NVIDIA 6600GT 256MB

sweet jayzus u go high when i had my pc the max i coudl do was 640 480 int he city bit with all the striders!! and my pc was faster than urs was an athlon 2400 xp 768 ddr 333 and a 9600xt! WTF

my pc musta been so retarded or summat

but hey now i have a nice skt 9290 athlon 64 3200 winchetser core and a msi k8n neo 4 platinum with u guessed it 512 of ddr 333 and an ati rage pro pci 8 meg onboard ram card!!

my pc rocks!!!

couldnt afford pci express cant even play cs 1.6 now ;(
