help a long time morrowind (xbox)fan please

i have been playing for close to 1.5 year and in the level ashlander informant the guy that im supposed to get the info from is not there ive restarted and restarted the game manny times but hes still not there what can i do? thanks

You mean when you first go to the ashlander camp?

I just recently started back up on Morrowind (as you can see in my sig), and I have yet to complete the main quest (at all).. it's just too boring, well it's not boring, but the missions take to long to get from A to B.. The farthest I got was the third or fourth trial from the ashlanders... I think Elder Scrolls games are way better suited to computers.. when something screws up like that you can just use the console and set it right..
