I tried the cellar door still no luck if you have beaten exmortis please tell me how to open the cellar door

Help! I'm trapped inside my apartment and I can't get out save for a gigantic gaping maw in my bathroom that leads me to nightmare dimensions! And even when I enter them I always end up back here, trapped again! I tried looking for a walkthrough on the internet but none of them were any good and now I'm running out of air!
